OLIVER EHMIG

Photographer, storyteller and art director. Born in Germany, raised in Colombia. As a self-taught artist, he is constantly working on refining his photographic style, trying to maintain a balance between his documentary vision and his inner Quixote.

Some of his most relevant works have been his 8-year project in the Colombian Armed Forces and the intervention of the San Antonio subway station (Medellin, Colombia) in 2015, with large format prints covering the main stairs of the station as part of a 2-year field project that portrayed the cultural richness of Antioquia, Colombia. As Art Director, one of his most recent works stood out in the most prestigious advertising festivals such as Cannes Lions, The One Show and D&AD.
